Care
Each Bianca Batzco piece is made with natural, raw materials — semi-precious stones, corals, freshwater pearls and hand-worked metal. Like all things born from nature, they deserve gentle care.
General Care
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and cosmetics.
- Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
- Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the original box to prevent scratching.
- Polish gently with a dry, soft cloth after wearing.
- Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods, as some stones may fade.
Natural Stones
Natural stones are living materials — each one unique, with its own texture, vein, and colour variation. These are not imperfections; they are the signature of authenticity. Avoid cleaning with chemical agents or ultrasonic cleaners.
Repair
We believe a piece you love is worth repairing. If your jewellery needs attention — a broken clasp, a loose stone, a worn cord — we are here.
To request a repair, please contact us at office@biancabatzco.com with a brief description and, if possible, a photo of the piece. We will assess each case individually and provide a quote before any work begins.
Please note: repair costs and shipping fees are borne by the customer, unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
Warranty
All Bianca Batzco pieces are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and Romanian consumer protection law.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper care, or modifications made by third parties.
