Please read these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “the Terms”) carefully before using the website biancabatzco.com. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

2. Subject of the contract

These Terms govern the contractual relationship between Batcu Bianca-Elena PFA (“the Seller”) and any individual or legal entity (“the Buyer”) who places an order through biancabatzco.com. The contract is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by email.

3. The products

The shop sells handcrafted artisan jewellery (necklaces and accessories) made by hand from semi-precious stones and stainless steel. Each product is one of a kind. Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen calibration. Information about materials, any warnings and care instructions are stated in each product’s individual description.

4. Prices

Prices shown on the site are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include all applicable taxes. Batcu Bianca-Elena PFA is not VAT-registered, so prices do not include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the valid price is the one displayed at the moment the order is placed.

5. Placing an order

  • The order is valid once you receive a confirmation email from us.
  • We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of out-of-stock items, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, you will be notified and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
  • Accepted payment methods are clearly indicated. The available payment methods are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Romania. The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from payment confirmation, via the Sameday, Fan Courier or Cargus couriers (Woot platform). Delivery costs are shown at checkout. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer at the moment of handover to the courier. We do not allow opening the parcel on delivery. 7. Right of withdrawal (return)

Individual buyers (consumers) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, in accordance with GEO no. 34/2014. The cost of the return is borne by the Seller. The refund is made within a maximum of 10 business days from receipt of the returned product. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities. 8. Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with Law no. 449/2003 (as amended) and GEO no. 140/2021, products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years from delivery. In the event of a lack of conformity, you have the right to free repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.

9. Legal entities

Orders placed by legal entities (companies) do not benefit from the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by GEO 34/2014. Any returns from legal entities are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The legal guarantee of conformity remains applicable under the legislation in force.

10. Intellectual property

All images, texts, logos and content on biancabatzco.com belong to Batcu Bianca-Elena PFA and are protected by copyright law. Their reproduction or use without the written consent of the owner is prohibited.

11. Limited liability

We accept no liability for: (a) allergic reactions to materials if the specific warning was displayed in the product description; (b) damage caused by improper use; (c) delivery delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

12. Dispute resolution

In the event of a dispute, please contact us first at office@biancabatzco.com. Disputes not resolved amicably may be submitted to mediation through:

The applicable law is Romanian law. The competent court for disputes not resolved by alternative means is the court at the Seller’s registered office.

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The updated version will be published on this page, indicating the date of amendment. Continued use of the site after the changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
