RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Bianca Batzco.

We currently sell and deliver products only within Romania.

1. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement sent to:

You may use an unequivocal email message stating your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in a condition that allows verification of its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Products should be returned with all accessories, where applicable, and in suitable protective packaging.

3. Return shipping

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

4. Refunds

If the withdrawal is valid, we will reimburse all amounts received from you for the returned products and, where legally applicable, the standard delivery costs corresponding to the order.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

After we receive and inspect the returned goods, approved refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply in the cases provided by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized goods. At this time, our products are handmade but not made to order or personalized by default.

6. Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at office@biancabatzco.com so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
